DescriptionI have been writing songs, music and lyrics, since I was 12 years old. Had first song published and recorded at age 15. Some time ago, I spent 4 years writing professionally and wrote numerous commercials and soundtracks for TV spots and radio ads. At that time I had my own ASCAP music publishing company. Subsequently I moved away from songwriting and spent the rest of my career as a co-owner of a film and video production company. Now I have retired and am prolifically writing again, possibly for profit and certainly for fun. I have had 10 of my songs published with two different publishing houses in the past 18 months. It is my wish to collaborate with a lyricist that loves words and truly has something to say. I've been named "A Songwriter to Watch" three times in 2023 by the Nashville Songwriters Association and recently signed a 3 year contract for two of my songs with an international licensing and publishing company.
